Do you accept Medicare?

We accept traditional Medicare and several Medicare Advantage plans. We can verify your specific coverage before your first visit. In general, a house call is billed similarly to a clinic visit under Medicare Part B.

What about lab work and X-rays?

We coordinate with mobile imaging and phlebotomy services that come directly to your home. The results are sent straight to our providers for review and follow-up.

Do I need to be completely homebound to use your service?

Not necessarily. While we specialize in treating patients who have difficulty leaving the home due to physical or cognitive mobility issues, many patients simply prefer the convenience and safety of in-home care to avoid clinic germs and travel fatigue.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We typically schedule new patient visits within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location. Established patients experiencing acute but non-life-threatening issues can often be seen within 24–48 hours.

Do you handle urgent care or emergencies?

We handle many urgent issues (like UTIs, minor infections, or respiratory exacerbations) to help keep you out of the hospital. However, for life-threatening emergencies like chest pain or severe breathing difficulty, always call 911.
